I enjoy any form of relaxing such as meditating, reading, sleeping, or even just watching a movie.

We discussed the importance of checking in ourselves and our mental health before pouring into others. We discussed being a leader despite what others around us might do or feel. We also talked about the how important it is to serve our community and be an active member of it.
