Interests

I babysit for some of my family members. I enjoy spending time with children and helping them learn.

Issues explored and takeaways

We talked about how schools can be improved for the students and teachers, how to deal with mental health in schools, and what makes someone a good leader. These topics are important because if a leader wants to make change they need to know who the change will affect and how the change needs to be made.

What makes someone a servant leader?

A servant leader makes sure that the people they are leading have a good example of what being a leader is. They listen to their followers and take their ideas into consideration.

Significance of servant leadership

Servant leadership is important because people need a leader they can trust and count on to lead them in the right direction.

Who is your favorite person and why?

My favorite people are my parents. They both do what they can do make sure my brothers and I have what we want and need.
