Servant Leaders Institute prides itself on community and partnerships to serve youth leaders.  You are warmly invited to participate in the aforementioned. SLI's mission is a serious matter rooted in love and guided by research. The Center for Expanding Leadership and Opportunity reported the following in 2023:

• “The primary sources for youth leadership development are academic classroom settings and co-curricular experiences delivered via educational institutions. This creates a gap in opportunity for youths’ abilities to access leadership development programs.”

• “Fewer than 25 percent of youth have exposure to a leadership development program by the age of 25.”

SLI implements a holistic approach to developing and supporting youth leaders and sustaining those relationships. Your financial support is needed for the 2025 leadership cohort. The fundraising goal is $16 000.00 by October 1, 2025.
