These topics are important because they help you navigate life as a woman in this world. They help you grow and become a mature person with the mindset of a leader instead of a follower.

What makes someone a servant leader?

Doing things because they are right and not because someone else did them makes you a servant leader. Sincerely wanting to help the community and not just help it because somebody’s else did, makes you a leader.

Significance of servant leadership

Servant leadership is important because it helps you find out who you are. You learn to become more of a leader, be yourself, and grow in maturity.

Who is your favorite person and why?

I am my favorite person, because I understand myself more than anybody else could. I am like my own best friend.
